The location was perfect, very accessible to key sites around Istiklal Caddesi and surrounds and walking distance to Tunel, Tramway, Taksim etc. Service was consistently good. Overall the location and the pool made my one night stay pleasant. Hotel is close to two underground stations, and the busy Istiklal Caddesi yet quiet. I stayed in a single room which had what I can only describe as the smallest single bed imaginable, couldn't even turn around and I am a small person. It was more like a child bed. Room could easily have accommodated a small double bed or simply a normal size single bed. Hotel was clean and stylish throughout. The terrace could be so much nicer with small touches. Breakfast had plenty choice but unfortunately not the best quality. Some staff were very welcoming, others looked fed up. Guests could hear the argument coming from kitchen during breakfast. All in all a nice hotel which could be even better with small improvements here and there.

The Hotel was greatly located, in the Galata neighbourhood, which has shopping boutiques, Restaurants, cafes and Bars. The only downside is that the hotel is actually composed of two buildings together, and we were placed in the building on the back, which was older and not very nice looking, maybe it was because we were staying in a Apartment-size room. The Breakfast was appreciated, although it didn’t had much options. We didn’t had time to try the pool nor the sauna, maybe next time.
