Nice 3 night stay in a canal view room with balcony. Good size room with a Jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was good, and the evening meal we had in the restaurant was very nice. The hotel is well situated just out of the centre of Chester.

Hotel was in a good location, about 10 mins walk from city centre, parking was available at £12 per night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, the breakfast was very good, our room was spacious, comfortable but ready for a makeover. I would stay here again, we really enjoyed our stay in Chester

The staff were very friendly and were helpful to not only me and my partner but also to an older couple when we arrived at the hotel. The breakfast was also great with a wide variety to choose from (I would have liked to see more choice of cereals though). The only improvement I would make is the interior of the hotel is starting to look a bit dated so a refurbishment wouldn't be unwelcome.
