I loved the big room and the wonderful view of Table Mountain. There was also a large bathroom with tub and shower as well as another room with fridge and shelving for suitcases

Wenn der Verkehr passt ist man in 20min in der Stadt. Die Unterkunft selbst liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Den nächsten Strand sowie Restaurants erreicht man in 5-10min. Wir hatten das größte Zimmer im Obergeschoß. Ausblick nach rechts war der Tafelberg und links eine unschöne Raffinerie. Also immer schön nach rechts schauen.
Über das Frühstück können wir nichts sagen da es bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht angeboten wurde. Würde ich diese Unterkunft wieder nehmen? Ja.

GREAT VISIT
Our stay was nothing less than OUTSTANDING! The room had plenty of space and it was extremely comfortable. The staff was excellent, they did everything they could to make my family and I feel at home. The location was about 20 minutes outside of the city in an extremely quite area, just what we wanted. The room was immaculate when we arrived and it was cleaned every day to the same standards.

Gastgeber herzlich, wie bei Muttern/Vater aber mit genügend Abstand.
Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, was leider nicht geklappt hat, aber konten dieses vor Ort nachlösen/ zahlen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mir hat nur etwas Käse und Wurstauswahl gefehlt aber das ist ansichtssache.

Bad experience
We didn't feel welcomed at all from the moment we arrived. All entrance doors were locked. When another guest finally opened for us, no one was there to direct us to where we should go and so on.
Although breakfast was included in the price stay, we were told that no breakfast would be served during our stay because the kitchen was closed until the 11th of January. This was quite disappointing as I was really looking forward to this.
WiFi usage is limited to 500MG per user for your stay. I think this should be specified clearly in the advertisement instead of "Free WiFi".
The housekeepers were not very friendly and didn't try to make us feel comfortable. We asked if we could use the microwave and there was none to use. Anywhere. Not even in the main kitchen. The lady just told us that our room didn't come with one.
One thing we did like was the room setting. It was very comfortable and had tea facilities and came with housekeeping. Otherwise, overall the general experience was not so nice. I would rate the place a 5.

Within a few minutes to Sanccob and groceries
Nice and quiet! After a hard days work at Sanccob, it was nice to get home and relax without having to worry about noisy neighbors. It would be nice of there were more TV channel options, and a more reliable WiFi connection. The breakfasts were good. They do stock the fridge daily if you do take advantage of that, and at very reasonable rates. Laundry service was great, I used it about five times and it always came back before I got off of work! I was on the ground floor and felt safe for the three weeks that I was there. A special thanks to the hosts who were always very nice to us!

Conveniently situated for exploring Cape Town
My Wife and I booked Casa Mia guest house due to its convenient location for exploring both Blouberg Beach and Cape Town. We are regular visitors to South Africa and the Western Cape. Casa Mia is perfectly located for those like us, that choose to visit the Cape National Parks and Cape Town and its outlying bays
Casa Mia is situated in a quiet crescent adjacent to a nature reserve.The building looks smart and well maintained on approach and there was adequate parking for us as we had a hire car for the duration of our stay.
Our hosts were excellent, making us feel very welcome immediately, showing us to our room and ensuring that we had all the information we needed to make our stay at Casa Mia as comfortable as possible. Our room was clean and comfortable with good bathroom facilities. The kitchenette area proved useful for us and on the mornings that we chose not to have breakfast in the main guest house, we were able to have toast/coffee etc in our room. The room also has a fridge stocked with a small selection of drinks both soft and alcohol reasonably priced and of course we were able to use it for our own provisions when needed.
The mornings we took breakfast in the main guest dining area, we thoroughly enjoyed. The cooked breakfast was excellent and the view of Table Mountain and the nature reserve from the dining area, was stunning. Again, service from our hosts was excellent, they clearly enjoy ensuring their guests have a great experience.

Casa Mia is a wonderful place to stay, peaceful, well looked after and just as the photos show. It is in a residential
area, but we found it very quiet and safe.
Kirstein and Alomah make you feel most welcome - and for a small amount, breakfast is a good start to the day with plenty to choose from.
We found all the staff to be welcoming, polite and helpful.
The views from the inside dining area are stunning, overlooking the bird sanctuary and Table Mountain, and the courtyard is very relaxing with pool and the lovely gardens so well tended.
We did not have sat nav, but following the instructions given by Casa Mia we found our way with no problems at all.
Based some 20 minutes from Cape Town, it allows easy access to many areas of interest in various directions.
We look forward to returning as it feels like home from home.

Amazing hotel and even more amazing staff
This hotel was simply amazing. Easiest way to find it is on gps from airport. It is about 15 to 20 min away and sits across harbor looking at table mountain and Cape Town. Located in residential neighborhood. The grounds are impeccable. Large courtyard w a pool, big living room and entertainment area. This basically is a large house/compound with 4 or 5 individual rooms that have their own bathroom, living room, small kitchen and separate bedroom. Amazing views. Breakfast is 150 rand and made to order. Large omlets, toast, cereal fruits and yogurt while look out at table mountain. Free parking. The managers are a husband and wife that live on property that are very nice. They go out of their way to make sure you have an amazing time. They helped us order delivery and arranged a safari for us w a company. Really this place is spacious, safe, has free parking, quiet, peaceful, relaxing and has everything you could imagine. Daily housekeeping, black out drapes, even laudry service for cheap. Only issue would be 500mb limit on free wifi. You can get extra 3gb for 80 rand. price was amazing half of what rooms were going for in Cape Town. If your looking for peace quiet and relaxation at amazing property w amazing staff the 20 min drive is worth it. search "travel binge"'on you tube for video tour of hotel

Most amazing view
Quick to find with just any GPS, we arrived quickly to a warm welcome from the owners, quick check in and we got the keys to the presidential suite, and the view that was revealed to us was phenomenal to say the least.
Very nice and safe neighborhood, quick access to Canal Walk and the main routs, lots of parking and a big pool.
The room was above and beyond, a lot bigger and nicer than anticipated.
