Cheguei a koite com uma chuva muito grande, na frente do hotel não tem onde estacionar e no outro lado tua alagada é um de parar. Não trm quem ajude com as malas e o estacionamento que mencionam no aplicativo não tem ligação com o hotel. A recepção foi indiferente, cheguei pingando e perguntei sobre um guarda chuvas ou alguém que ajudasse com as malas...nada... quarto antigo...roupas de cama finas e velhas e toalhas também. Pia do banheiro entupida. Acústica péssima. Não vale o preço.

Costumo me hospedar neste hotel com certa frequência e, desta vez, a experiência foi totalmente positiva. O quarto estava reformado, com toalhas e lençóis novos, o banheiro impecavelmente limpo e, no café da manhã, chamou a atenção o cuidado e a atenção dos funcionários com a limpeza e a higiene. Se hospedar no quarto de frente ao mar, faz muita diferença! Estão todos de parabéns!

Localização muito boa, cama bem confortável e grande, mas o quarto que ficamos parece que está meio abandonado, muita coisa quebrada, antiga, chuveiro muito ruim com cano curto tem que se encostar na parede para tomar banho, controle do ar e da tv quebrados, box encardido, tampa da privada solta, lençóis e roupas de cama não estavam limpas (parece que não lavam e reusam para mais de um hóspede). O café da manhã é razoável.

O hotel é frente mar, e precisa de manutenções constates. Exemplo ficamos no quarto 602 e a esquadria estava solta do vidro e sem vedação, prejudicando a acústica. A limpeza dos vidros deve ser mais cuidadosa e a higiene dos elevadores merece atenção.
