I booked this hotel well in advance, but unfortunately had to cancel my trip a month before the arrival date due to a flight cancellation from my home country. I contacted the hotel multiple times to request a refund, providing all the necessary documentation and explanations. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the hotel repeatedly avoided giving a clear answer. After several attempts to reach them, they still refused to process the refund, despite the early notice and the circumstances being completely out of my control. This experience showed a lack of responsibility, transparency, and basic customer care. I expected far better treatment from a hotel that claims to value its guests. I cannot recommend this place, and I strongly advise future travelers to be cautious before booking.

The beds were hard as a rock and the couch was actually a bed so that was hard also and very uncomfortable. Hard to sit and relax on it. There street parking out front but it is metered so you have to pay every 2 hours, which left us no choice but to pay 20 E a day. It was clean and you could have housekeeping. It is in a central area with lots of restaurants and the very high end stores and easy to walk everywhere. It is good for a short stay. Would I stay again, no mainly because of the beds and sofa
