Wonderful place that is located near all activities in Pigeon Forge but makes you feel like you are miles away. All great place for couples or families to stay. Plus the convenience of a grocery stores and Dollywood just minutes away without getting stuck in traffic.

This place was nicer than expected. The 2 bed unit had 2 full baths which was not listed. That was great. Very close to all the action. Maybe a 10 minute drive to Dollywood. Full kitchen with basic utensils. I would stay here again. Friendly staff.

Would absolutely book here again! I came during busiest time of year, and was amazed at the affordability! Front desk employees were so so kind, which is not normally my experience at any lodging/hotels. Room was a lot bigger than expected, and the balcony overlooking the mountains was a stunning surprise! Great place to drink coffee and watch the sunrise! Bed was insanely comfortable. Check in was very easy, checkout was even easier. I did not use the indoor pool as i couldn't find it in the dark and didn't have time the following, but that is just user error lol. Highly recommend this place. Room design and decor are a little dated, so if that's not your vibe then maybe keep that in mind, but i thought it was lovely and kind of nostalgic

We stayed for two weeks. We loved the place. It is convenient to all attractions while still being in a quiet location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only recommendation would be that the towel service (for white towels in the bathrooms) not put so much bleach in their washing. I had a bleach rash on my skin that lasted for the entire stay. That said, everything else was top notch.

Plenty of room in the duplex for a family of 4. Great location to plenty of attractions. However, the office staff was rude and the walls and ceiling had mold growing near the ventilation. Multiple live bugs were found throughout the rooms, and cobwebs hung in the bathroom corner and attached to the bedside lampshade to the ceiling. Overall, I would stay somewhere else if traveling to Pigeon Forge again.

We loved everything about this place! The room was HUGE!! I was shocked by how big it was. I'd love to go back and stay in one of the little houses they have. We have already decided that when we come back, we will try to book there again. The staff was so nice and lovely. And it's close to everything, yet off the beaten path; you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere.

Our stay at Sunrise Ridge Resort in Pigeon Forge was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered beautiful mountain views that made every morning special. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We loved the resort’s peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Sunrise Ridge Resort provided the perfect family getaway, and we would gladly stay here again.
