My husband and I visit Pigeon Forge often with our family. Normally we stay at the same hotels, but we took a chance on this stay. From check in to check out we have zero complaints. Quick, EXTREMELY friendly check in and check out. Clean and spacious double queen room (bathroom is nice size). We were near the elevator and never heard anything outside of our room. Beds and pillows were top notch. We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again soon!
