Arbors is a nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Did mention to Staff that windows needed blackout curtains as the outside lights near our room kept the room very bright during the night. They said it is included in their ongoing remodel.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect for our trip to Pigeon Forge—close to everything we wanted to do while still being a great place to relax. The staff was friendly, and overall, we had a great experience. You often hear "we will treat you like family" but the staff of Arbors truly do! Chocolate at the front counter. Coffee, water and cappucincino at the front lobby. Krispy Kremes for breakfast. Smores kits by the fire pit. We arrived early and the front desk was so kind. They allowed us to park on site even before the room was ready and they texted us when the room was prepared. With an elephant made out of towels and washcloths sitting on our bed, we were greeted with a bag of water and popcorn with our names right on the bag. Arbors is under some renovation construction right now but our room was perfect. It felt like home. We will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended! The arbors is a clean, well-appointed hotel. We stayed in a King suite. The room was beautiful! The pool is heated and has a hot tub and kiddie pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely be staying here again. Great hotel!
