My elderly mother and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. While the hotel excels in accessibility and maintaining a quiet atmosphere, the staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. I have mixed feelings about recommending it for travelers with elderly parents. The main challenge was access - roads are blocked to cars during daytime hours, requiring us to walk a block or two while carrying our luggage to reach the hotel. However, the staff kindly came to assist us once they knew we were heading their way. Additionally, while the sliding shower doors would likely be fine for most guests, they weren't stable enough for elderly visitors to safely hold onto for support.

The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the old city and within easy walking distance to all the major tourist attractions, as well as countless restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. The tours they organized for us were top-notch—well-planned, informative, and seamless from start to finish.
