This hotel is in excellent spot in downtown Chicago. Although the staff are very friendly and welcoming, but the management and owners need to pay attention to maintenance of this wonderful place. The A/C units are old and make extremely loud noise and need to be replaced with more efficient and less noisy units. The carpet is run down and needs to be replaced. The couches in the rooms as well as breakfast area are old and need to be replaced. Overall, this is a great hotel, but the owners needs to reinvest the money in this property before it is too late.

Housekeeping was very poor , we had to request simple things like towels , coffee as they weren’t put in the room every day . The room wasnt cleaned properly , and only one of the rooms was cleaned one day . Dirty towels not removed from room for 24hrs , had to buy cleaning stuff and clean myself Also it’s not listed that this hotel is right beside major hospitals , so the sirens and helicopters landing during the night , every night meant we never got a full nights sleep in the 10 nights we stayed . Breakfast - Did the job , but at times the staff were just horrible , shouting at people and being downright rude

The hotel was in an amazing location! Walkable to so much shopping and dining. The room was amazing with a kitchenette and we had a great view on the 30th floor. The included breakfast buffet was nice to have. We will absolutely stay here again!
