This was a great upgraded Best western, it was clean and modern. I really appreciated it being in the center of everything. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Very clean and staff were always helpful. The rooftop pool, though small was never busy and we were always able to get a sun lounger. The rooms were clean and I couldnt fault anything about the hotel. It is in a perfect location to access Patong Beach or Bangla Road.
