Perfect location opposite beach. Close to shops, restaurants, 7/11 and market plaza for fab cheap food. Rooms large plenty of storage good shower. Tea/coffee, kettle in room. 4 free bottles of water daily, bath robes. Towels changed daily 2 beach/pool towels in room and beach bag to use. Staff very friendly. Great choice of breakfast, staff work very hard and kept all areas very clean. Pool area quiet, always sun beds free, pool water warm. Top floor room had fab view of sea. Would stay again

We had an amazing stay at Karon sea sands, highly recommend the pool access rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, breakfast was fantastic, beds were super comfortable, was stoked to have a bath in the room also. It’s a best value for money. Big room size and big bath room with bath tub and separate shower area. Excellent location, just across beach and enough shops for food, massage and shopping. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would stay again. They were kind enough to allow me late check out until 1 pm. Bit of more vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast will make it more vegan friendly

I like this resort very much. It was quiet, well-equipped and accessible, the swimming pool was clean and reasonably sized, and the neat breakfast was a simple breakfast. The staff are all friendly and the cocktail of irish bar run by the same company was also great. I extended my stay because I wanted to stay here. I want to visit again. And I'm not Chinese.

I was upgraded to a room that connected directly to the swimming pool from the balcony, which was very cool and because of this, I ended up using the pool twice. Very limited vegetarian options in breakfast beyond the fruit the TV was almost unusable and really could only play one or two channels, but great location, easy walking distance to everything and a beautiful place beautiful place to hang out

I absolutely loved everything about the property. It was the best hotel experience I have ever had. Min, Nune, Jane, and every one else were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was great every day. Our room was very spacious and clean. Wifi was great, water pressure was great bed was great. The best thing is the location, it is close to everything. I definitely recommend going to this hotel. I will miss it! I hope I can come back again one day. Thank you Sea Sand Resort for the best experience! We really had a blast!!!

The stay in this property was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even the tour desk lady. Breakfast buffet was excellent and opens at 6:30 which helped with early morning tours. All the hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool is very clean, the room was big and very comfortable with plenty of hot water and the internet worked great. The area is safe, walkeable and with many dining and shopping options. Our only complain was the beach. It had a lot if garbage on the sand and ocean. This is not the hotel's fault, but hopefully the local government and businesses could help keep the beach clean so people keep coming pack to Phuket.

Hotel needs some upkeep, owners are letting it get run down. Broken drawer in my room, pool is a mess with broken tiles, tired mattress in the room. All the staff are on their phones all the time! So much so that when I used the ATM I immediately went over to reception to have a bill changed and she was looking at her phone. The next people found the card and though I was sitting near the woman waiting for a taxi, she didn't know it was mine because she had been on her phone not paying attention. Unfortunately I was at the airport before she realised and had to cut it up. Cleaning staff in the halls, reception, everyone on their phones! Staff were very nice and attentive if you needed them. Breakfast was so mediocre and repetitive. (Funny, the pub affiliated with the restaurant also was mediocre and I feel probably the same staff). Don't pay extra, there are lots cafes and restaurants to go nearby. Smoking all over the place which was ick. Also thought it was 'beachside' as stated as I've not been to Karon. Had to cross a busy road to get to the beach so I didn't go as much as I had hoped. No chairs made available for my "beachside" hotel either, we have to pay. Chair covers were dirty and wet by the pool and the area wasn't tidied up regularly. I'f I go back I won't stay here, so I'm not recommending.
