This property is located in a good location and close to the park center. The staff were great as they allowed me to check in early, and printed out my boarding pass for me. They were always polite and friendly, as were the staff on the roof top restaurant.
The rooms are supposed to be soundproof, and that is misleading. They are thick, however, you can hear noise out in the hall area and I could hear traffic through my windows. I brought ear plugs, so that took care of all that.
I had a fireplace in my room, but wasn't sure how to use it. Perhaps it's not to be used. I didn't need it. My bathroom had a huge tub with jets, and an enclosed shower area.
I liked that they had coffee and tea in a lounge area. I wanted coffee early in the morning, and none was made. As I was walking to my room, I met a worker who said he would have some ready in 10 minutes, which he did. That was nice. There is free breakfast at a nearby cafe, and although limited it was good.
For those driving, there is a private parking area on the property.
I met several people staying in hotels near the park square, and they said the noise at night was terrible. Lots of music, loud talking, etc. So I'm glad I picked the place I did. There was usually no noise after 10pm except for the traffic.
