The staff was so amazing! I felt like home. That's why 5 stars.
The Gym is very well equipped but needs to be maintained more often, the Smith machine was rusty.
The spa was good, but sauna wasn't hot. I had to ask every time to adjust the temperature.
Room was good, but a dresser or a closet would be nice. They cleaned the room every day.
Again, very attentive staff! I enjoyed my stay despite minor issues.

What a great hotel the service was great. The rooms were great and you can literally walk within a few hundred yards and be to 50 restaurants easily. Less than a half a mile walk to almost all the attractions. We will be back.

Great Hotel to stay it if you are planning on seeing Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and surrounding sites. Staff was very helpful and the room was spotless upon arrival. Would highly recommend if you are having a short stay.
Due to the room size, I would not recommend staying for an extended duration but other than that it was excellent.
