Excellent, really helpful staff - the biggest asset in our view. We had a pool-facing suite. Furniture in our suite was a bit worn out and there were stains on the carpet. The bathroom and shower were oversized and, I think, disproportionate to the overall size of the suite - together almost the same square footage as the living/sleeping space. However, overall a good size, and the bed was spacious and very, very comfortable. Great selection at breakfast and good wines on the drinks menu. The rooftop pool is a wonderful oasis at the hotel. We didn't get to use the spa, except for a massage and facial appointment which were both great.

The hotel itself is very beautiful. My room is clean my biggest issue is that a lot of the plugs in my room did not work and the TV remote also did not work. I did not stay here long due to me traveling the following day. I would give this Hotel another chance in hopes that my next stay would be better. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
