Stayed here more than a couple of times and still happy with this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near subway and with lots of cabs around. A short walk to shopping areas and good food places. Rooms are nicely sized with big bathrooms.

Was able to checking early and was upgraded to a slightly bigger room. I did enjoy the partial bay view. The hotel feels a bit dated now and the design is not always functional. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. But the staff was nice throughout.

The service was top notch, the building and its aesthetics were super cool, and the rooms looked good. The only thing I did not like was that I got completely wrong information about the taxi. For example, I was told I needed a taxi to get to certain places that I ended up taking the subway to. I was also told that I only needed 80 HKD to get to the airport, but when I arrived there, the driver was expecting 335 or so and it was frustrating running to an ATM in the airport while the driver was waiting with bags (as insurance).

Love the architectural aspect of this boutique hotel. It is within walking distance from main shopping areas in Causeway Bay. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the nearest MTR subway station. The staff was attentive and courteous, especially the staff at the lobby. However, the room needs some maintenance. I stayed at the full moon room. There was some unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom has some drainage issue (tub water drains very slowly). The carpet wasn’t vacuumed well. With some makeover and remodeling, this hotel is a gem in Causeway Bay.

Very convenient location. The room and hotel property are clean and feel clean overall. Lots of restaurants around. Mira Moon Hotel was a great discovery. I was looking for a reasonable hotel in Causeway Bay as I had a short business stop over in that area of Hong Kong. I stumbled across this hotel when browsing options on Expedia.com. The hotel was much nicer than I expected. The room was fully renovated, the bed was a large king size with high quality linens and a super comfortable mattress. Bathroom was designer style with a strong pressure rain shower and a deep soaking style bath tub. A/C was excellent. The working desk was comfortable. Overall this is an outstanding hotel for the money. I recommend it highly.
