Só vou citar os pontos que precisam de melhoria: a cama e o travesseiro nao sao confortáveis. Alias, sabendo que a cama nao é das melhores, poderiam pensar sobre aumentar a qualidade dos travesseiros e disponibilizar ao menos 2 por cama de solteiro. A toalha fornecida tambem nao é de qualidade, nao é macia, pouco densa, sente-se muito bem isso no toque. Outra coisa que incomoda é a luz baixa. Nao é um quarto bem iluminado. A cadeira disponibilizada afunda muito quando se usa, nao é boa. O ar condicionado tambem deixou a desejar, demora para resfriar e me deu alergia. Penso que foi ele, ja que estive num hotel anterior e posterior a essa estadia e senti minha respiracao melhor la, logo, sobre o ar, nao posso afirmar nada tecnico, so relatar o que eu senti/passei.

Nove de Julho, Shopping Frei Caneca, Rua Augusta e estação de metrô Consolação e Trianon Masp. Quartos amplos e cama confortável. Café da manhã muito bom. Atendimento cordial dos funcionários. Chuveiro ótimo. O hotel não tem estacionamento próprio e indicaram um estacionamento bem próximo ao hotel. Fica ao lado da EPD - Escola Paulista de Direito com movimentação de estudantes no período da noite. Prefira os apartamento do fundo porque são mais silenciosos. Já me hospedei várias vezes e recomendo!!! Voltaria com certeza!!!
