Very good
It was surprisingly clean as the establishment is still being use for quarantine purposes. Train station and mall and two supermarkets are just a hop skip and jump away.

Just one night here for a short holistay. The check in process was slow but the room was nice and spacious to make up for it. Like the steam room and sauna even though we needed to book (per hour slot) to use and only one slot per day was allowed. Really like the e-concierge concept too!

A few things were not communicated properly such as pool booking and the paid parking which was previously free. Also the room was not cleaned properly, it seemed as though it had not been occupied for a few days as the floor was dusty especially in the corners

Check in time is 4pm and check out is 12pm. How is it a 1 night stay? Not worth at all. 2 of the colourful Pillows at the room were smelling like drool,really gross. Not coming again!

Overall was a fantastic experience. Its An annivessary treat so receive a lovely swan towel display on Bed. Had In- Room dining the Menu look great. Food was lovely but it was serve in a Take Out box( may be this is due to covid)

Housekeeping was excellent. Requests for extra towels, extra this and that all given without a fuss. Hotel Apps was excellent. Request for item delivered within 2 minutes. Proximity to Changi City Point good for family.

Nice n quiet environment. Cozy room. Special arrange surprise birthday staycations for my sis. Hotel get a slice of birthday for my sis. But too bad, didn’t manage to check in early to decorate the room. Overall is a nice room.

Comfortable and quiet room, spacious! VIP benefit (2h late checkout) was initially not given but upon further request to check, this was accorded. A pillow menu for firmer/ neck support pillows would’ve been appreciated since the in-room pillows were a tad too soft. Nevertheless, an overall great stay!
