The hotell informs you about 24 hour service and is for uour disposal. We ar both Vietnamese and English spoken family on travel. Two og three in our family was food poisened on an outside restaurant, and had an realy bad night at the hotel. We asked hotell for assistance but there was only two availlable sleeping guards. All we got was an small botle of water and information to get more assitance 0600 next day. This is not 24 hour service
