My stay was good, location is perfect for walking around the Altstadt of Koblenz. Nice staff and clean modern Hotel.

Good location in the centre of the city. Room design was well considered, but the amount of space given to bathroom was too generous at the expense of the bedroom. Also, there was insufficient space for hanging clothes.

The hotel gets bonus points for being energy-efficient plus the location was perfect!

Room was clean, and while it was small, it had some smart storage elements that made it more useable space. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great, well stocked, and everything was clean. Great central location. We parked offsite as it was way cheaper, and walked less than 5 min. We'd stay again.

Great cost effective place to stay, just make sure you ask for room service or the extra tea or coffee. Otherwise, the friendly staff were always there to assist.

Smallest hotel room we had in Germany, but also the best working air conditioning! Great location, but be aware, no parking available.

2/10 Poor

We’ve been bitten by what appears to be bed bugs overnight. The grouting in the bathroom seems to be coming off in the corner of the shower. There was constant noise from the nearby lift operating and people talking in other rooms both in the day and in the night. There was not enough toilet paper provided. On the first night of our stay there were people arguing outside of our window. The shower was extremely weak and the water wasn’t hot enough. Overall not recommended.

It's a bit silly that a hotel opened in the past 24months or so, doesn't have USB charging facilities in the rooms. Staff were great though.

If you have stayed in a premier inn before this hotel is like all of the others. Our only frustration was the lack of usable plug sockets on the room, as in the only one we could use was on the bathroom, all on the room had been blanked so we're not usable. Thisade zero sense to us. Appreciate we are Brits abroad, but single duvets on a double bed os also a bit strange.

Schön, zentral gelegenes Hotel in Koblenz.
