An absolutely wonderful stay! We stayed for 3 nights and were impressed not only by the beautiful hotel, but above all by the incredible staff. I travel frequently for work, have visited over 63 countries, and have stayed in many excellent hotels across Europe, but I have rarely experienced such genuine warmth, care, and hospitality. Every single person we met—from reception and restaurants to housekeeping, gardening, yoga, and the entrance team—went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcomed, almost like family. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is brand new, everything is clean and well-maintained, and the surroundings are peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The accommodation also makes it easy to explore the area, with various activities and services available, including waterfall tours, horse riding nearby, and transfers to the rice fields and Ubud. Everything was so well arranged, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had such a wonderful time and left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I have already recommended this place to several friends who are also travelling in Bali. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

Okay so I was SO hesitant to book this place at first — zero reviews on Expedia, which honestly made me nervous. But I did a bit of digging on Google and a few other sites, saw some good signs, and figured I’d just go for it. Best decision ever, no cap. The rooms? Spotless. The staff? Genuinely so sweet and helpful the whole stay. The pool was perfect for chilling after a long day, and the spa basically fixed my whole life lol, 10/10 would recommend. If you’re on the fence like I was, don’t be. Just book it, you won’t regret it. Ulu Valley Retreat deserves way more hype than it’s getting rn!
