B&B Napoli Citta has no reception, apartment door and room door are opened by phone so it's recommended to have the access set up in two phones, in case one phone doesn't work. The ceiling is high so the room is hard to heat up, our windows shutter was stuck, could not be drawn up or down, also our bathroom door was hard to open or close. The shower waste was blocked, there's no proper way to adjust the shower head and the water was going from cold to burning hot, no easy adjustment. The only positive was good location, comfortable beds and Wi-Fi, also a lovely bakery shop nearby. Their standard Breakfast found not much, just coffee made by an attendant, dry bread, some jam and orange juice possibly from dilute.
