O quarto nas partes debaixo da cama e armarios de tv com sugeira aparente, a equipe em formacao um pouco confusa de como proceder. Piscina e academia que estava no anuncio sem funcionamento, tive problema para enyra no meu quarto fiquei mais de uma hora para resolver tiveram que arromba a porta para eu entra. Dia seguinte tive que muda de quarto, no ultimo dia tive o mesmo problema, mais nao precisou arromba a porta novamente.

O check-in foi a pior experiência. Uma fila enorme de espera, a reserva não serviu de nada pois na recepção foi passada a informação que não tinha vagas, pois haviam vendido mais do o hotel suportava. Tiveram que ne realocar para outro hotel, o quarto não estava tão limpo, com mal cheiro, só teve serviço de quarto por um dia, troca de toalhas e arrumação de cama, porém foi um quarto melhor que o que havia reservado. Tinha que me relocar todos os dias para ir tomar café da manhã no hotel, mas o café da manhã era ótimo, muitas opções e os garçons solícitos. Os funcionários do hotel em nenhum momento deixaram de dar assistência. Ótima localização. Foi passado que o hotel está sob nova direção, acredito que tem muitas coisas que precisam melhorar e alinhar. Seria um hotel que me hospedaria depois dessas melhorias e mudanças.
