This is our 3rd stay at this property…location is very convenient to all of the sight seeing areas. Only bad thing is the TV and WiFi connection needs to be restored the connection for both weren’t working properly. But all in all the property is still great

Excellent location, quiet and felt safe as a solo female. The studio was lovely and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Only note I’d give is I wish the kitchen had dish soap and a spatula!

The location near the Public Market was great. The bed and pillows were soft. It was very noisy from street noise and the window air conditioner. The bathroom floor was "sticky," and a towel had a black stain(?) on it. The elevator worked but was slow and bounced/jerked when it reached its floor destination.

The location was great and the kitchen was as good as showed in the pictures. The communication with the host was excellent. The room was not as clean as mentioned and the WiFi did not work at all. We could not watch TV due to the internet connection. The mattress in the sofa was too old and not comfortable at all.

If you like rust in the bathroom, paint chipping all over as well as patches on the walls, a airport sink in the bathroom, garbage under the couch, lights that don’t work other lights that don’t light up the room toilet paper set up to fall into the garbage everytime you use it as well as a squeaky bed and a funky air situation this place is for you. Also no internet service in most of the building but they will have you try and problem solve situation for days even though they know there is no service available. Nice kitchen and location is good but I would not recommend staying here. Pay an extra $100 to stay in a better facility. Elevator felt like it was going to drop every time you got in it as well as security system was opened up and no GFI in bathroom. Also some outlets didn’t work. Basically this place was not what they said it was.

Called hotels.com/propery #x5 and got recording. No callback. 3 hotel guests let us into lobby@10pm and remained with us until live contact withproperty mgr.
