The property is beautiful and most the staff is very helpful. Loved the breakfast and dinner buffets. Location against the dunes is wonderful. I didn’t love that they expect the guest to pay extra for use of the in-room safe and the room gets a lot of noise from pool area, rooms above, hallways. So if you are light sleeper, this may not be your hotel.

Very comfortable hotel, amazing food in the buffet, however some elements of it became slightly repetitive, but the quality was always good.
The only one thing I would like would be a better coffee machine in the rooms, the instant coffee was terrible.
But overall incredibly comfortable, nicely kitted out and maintained, great pools and the service in the restaurants and at reception was absolutely fantastic. Cannot fault the staff at all.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. The room was nicely appointed. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. A few of them had more limited English skills but nothing that Google translate couldn't take care of. The food choices were very good but beware of limited seating times at the restaurants other than the buffet. The pool areas are lovely and the hotel provides great access to the Maspalomas dunes and the Playa del Ingles.
