"Best of the best service highly recommended"
Sotogrande Hotel Baguio
"Staying at Sotogrande is one of the best decisions I've made in Baguio. The courteous and friendly staff are always willing to answer questions; making sure that I'm having an optimal experience. I even recieved a welcome packet with treats from the General Manager - Mr. Santos - which was delightful! Rooms are well kept and I like that the balcony windows can open to let in the cool air for ventilation. There's a diverse array of reasonably priced food and drink options to choose from although I wish they served Cabernet Sauvignon by the glass. Also, walking into the main city area takes around 20 mins, which is pleasant when accompanied by the mild climate and serene views. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone interested in a comfortable stay with very good amenities, attentive staff, and walkable access to the main city area."

Microtel by Wyndham Baguio
"1. Location is Excellent. 2. Staff are very helpful and nice 3. Breakfast is not so good and not well planned. Quality of food is not good except the bread & the salad bar. Coffee beans (Benguet) has perhaps been brewed several times, as it taste like colored water. Strawberry jam is full of solidified sugar. Suggest to Improve on the breakfast menu!!!"

"The property was clean but a bit old looking. The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful at times. I eventually spoke with the manager who was friendly and listened with sincere interest. We may visit again to see if the front desk staff has improved."
