Unit is fantastic. Highlights are: two minute walk to old town, five minute walk to swimming beach, and a designated parking spot! Add in fantastic staff, great breakfast, and lovely rooms. This place is a must for your stay in Kotor

The location could not be better. It is right at the gate to old town, across from the harbour and at the entrance to the Ladder of Kotor. Parking was convenient, right outside of the building and the staff were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was a nice spread of meats, cheeses, vegetables, breads, pastries and spreads.

Great location in amazing surroundings. The amenities need a bit of care (door handles falling off ) and some additions. The name 'Deluxe Rooms' is misleading. It was more like a hostel with bare bones rooms and the washroom (which was great !) across from a public hallway. The breakfast was good, but nescafe' is not a good start to the day.

Quartos muito amplos cheio de amenidades, café da manhã sem imensa variedade, porem muito bem feito. Tem estacionamento no local, porem ele é pago €15/dia. O local é muito perto dos pontos principais e da Old Town que fica a 3min a pé. O atendimento foi bem tranquilo, nos deram muitas dicas e foi bem proveitoso.
