This is a very clean, well staffed, hotel about a block from Ben Thanh Market. It is not really that “walkable” to other sites, however cabs and Grab is so easy that it doesn’t matter. The neighborhood seemed safe but run down. It was perfectly alright for our stay, and would stay there again.
