The room and location were perfect. The only thing I would suggest would be to call ahead and make sure they have fresh towels. My room did not have any and I forgot to pack one. I arrived on a Sunday so it was hard to get ahold of staff. There is a front office person present at all times and if very kind and helpful.

Hotel is still new so that’s why the rating is low. Other than that, I will be returning here for future trips to Bquilla. Everything was great.

8/10 Very good

Small studio, very small bathroom, the toilet won’t flush quickly. The washer is out of date and very small. We can’t hang clothes after washing them, very small space. The lobby downstairs is very hot .

4/10 Fair

2/10 Poor

The Wi-Fi doesn’t work there so I wouldn’t stay there just off of that And they could not fix it at all
