Chalé Suíço was truly a blessing during our trip, especially after the difficulties we had with a previous accommodation. This family-run pousada welcomes guests with a cozy atmosphere while still offering a good sense of privacy. The owner was an exceptional host — always friendly, happy to chat, generous with local tips, and attentive to making sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. The rooms follow the standard you’d expect from this type of accommodation, but they were impeccably clean and very comfortable. The common areas and swimming pool were also well maintained and clearly well cared for. Bonus points for the breakfast! It was freshly served each morning straight to us and offered a great variety of breads, fruits, sweets, and beverages. I will definitely come back.
