Other than the check-in process, the stay was good. Apartment was clean and adequate, swimming pool on the premises was really nice. Walking distance to nice areas. Check in was problematic as no information was given regarding the apartment number prior to arrival. Had to wait and sort through erroneous instructions.

Property was very well located, but regarding what was announced in comparison to what the property was it wasn`t accurate it says it was a room with view to the sea, the room has a tiny window in which sea could be seen but not what expected and shown thru the site photos, also photos show 2 beds it has only 1 bed, the reservation was for 2 persons when arrived the room only had 1 towel, the reservation was for 5 days and they only leave 1 toilet paper roll. Check in was a problem, hotels.com didn`t send the instructions to check in until contacted thru chat, we stood in reception more than 30 minutes trying to make check in. A very bad experience, we contacted directly the owner, it was very helpful and provided another towel.

O apartamento é pequeno, mas como é um studio e isso mesmo, pequeno e bom. Não tinha toalha pra secar louças na pia. Quando cheguei no prédio na recepção meu nome não estava registrado, tive que chamar o anfitrião pra fazer o registro e já tinha passado q hora de check in, demorou, fiquei um tempo lá embaixo ainda esperando apesar de estar cansado e querer entrar. O prédio tem amenidades muito boas, mas tudo sempre lotado demais, creio que tenha aproximadamente 500 apartamentos, imagine. Tudo um caos, elevador, piscina, academia. A região não é segura, não tem como andar a pé em lugar nenhum, perigoso! Tive que andar de Uber o tempo todo! Sem poder caminhar ao redor. Tem MUITO barulho da avenida, de manhã, de tarde, de noite, de madrugada passando com motos!

La propiedad es tal cual las fotos, tiene muy buena ubicación y el departamento tiene una vista hermosa, solo recomiendo prepararse con agua . Ya que no es 24hrs el comercio de abajo. Mi comunicación con el anfitrión fue buena y no tuve ningún tema para hacer check inn.

El apartamento muy bello, con lo básico, excelente ubicación. La comunicación con el anfitrión muy eficiente, la cama se dañó y la respuesta en la reparación fue oportuna; sin embargo, se recomienda cambio de la cama, no reparación ya que no era cómoda. Pero contaba con sofá cama que nos salvó. Igualmente se recomienda si o si tener acceso a internet, ya que yo intenté coordinar el día antes para al llegar tener claro lo del ingreso, pero se indica que se da las instrucciones el mismo día, horas antes de la entrada, pero aunque el apartamento tiene internet, el edificio como tal no comparte, lo que fue angustiante al Inicio, al no tener las indicaciones de ingreso y sin internet. Pero en general, una muy buena opción.
