I imagine this was a very nice hotel at some point. Unfortunately, it has been poorly maintained over the years. So many small issue add up to a challenging stay.

Elegant and beautiful 5 star hotel in a high rise in the center of the new city. We had a lovely suite with a nice view. Breakfast is lavish with a plethora of choices. The staff is very nice and pleasant, including front desk. However, all these young nice folk have no clue about restaurants, activities,etc. The map of the city provided by the concierge was pitiful, microscopic letters, unhelpful. Probably not much of a difference, since (with the exception of the old city) the street signs are basically nonexistent.

I only complaint is about the Pizza, Yes the Pizza
Great staff, (except one young girl at at front desk), but 98% of all staff service above and beyond. Great Breakfast, one of the best. Clean rooms comfy beds nothing to complain about, loved those hand made omelets, and the girl making them always so cheerfull, waiters at Ibiza pool Rest, Ketsie and Eliza great and food was 100% except the Pizza...
