This hotel is well located overlooking the Bay in Yokohama. It’s not too far from the subway station. It’s very big with plenty of eating options. The room was spacious and very comfortable and clean. There were plenty of amenities to use. The breakfast venue had a beautiful view although it had no buffet so very old school but this suited the ambiance. The staff were outstanding, very friendly and accommodating, exceptionally proactive and professional. I have nothing bad to say about this...
The hotel has a great location in Odaiba, close to the subway and many different malls which is convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel is vast. The rooms are big and clean with lots of amenities. The staff are very helpful and proactive. When I arrived early they organised my luggage which was delivered to my room when I could check in. I had the breakfast which was fine and catered to all. There is also a bus from the hotel to both Tokyo airports which was super convenient.
