The property is a nicely renovated older standing home with multiple rooms. The living room area has a beautiful wood burning fireplace. The dining area is very spacious. The breakfast we enjoyed were what you would expect to be served at a very luxurious hotel. There is a private beach across the street that sprawls along a very rocky shoreline which we walked along and took beautiful pictures in the early morning. We were a very short drive to Acadia national park which is a stunning combination of forest and rocky coastline that is made for so many fantastic photos. We loved our stay. Thank you Ben

Ben, the proprietor, shared a wealth of knowledge of the area and provided information guides and maps. Had a great sleep in a comfortable, clean room and a fantastic breakfast in the morning. We had the loveliest visit at Oceanside Meadows Inn! Our host, Ben, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area. He has endless recommendations for whatever you're looking to do in the area. The area is beautiful, by the way. The rooms are quaint and clean. Just a note that there is no TV, at least not in our room, which luckily the 'big' game my husband wanted to watch was on the previous night when we were at a different location, but there are plenty of surroundings for time well spent. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, and the service was excellent. We enjoyed chatting with Ben and would definitely recommend the Inn!

Although the room was small it had a beautiful ocean view and was comfortable. Ben, the owner, is who makes this place special. He is an intelligent and thoughtful host who is able and willing to engage in a variety of conversations. Moreover, the inn is situated perfectly for enjoying Acadia National Park without having to deal with the crowds at Bar Harbor. I highly recommend it.

Unique historic in with numerous buildings with 100 acre property and sandy beach on property. Ben the owner greeted us and described all the interesting features on the property. We love staying at older B&Bs. We stayed in the 1820s part of the building. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. Views of and proximity to the ocean are fantastic! We ate seven breakfasts there and all were wonderful. Ben puts a new twist on common food that makes it unique and a pleasure to eat.

The people at Acadia were simply the best. Kind, courteous and helpful are the top 3 words that come to mind, but there are many others that could be used to describe the excellent service. The inn is situated at the head of a small bay and the beach and rocks are a pleasure to walk or just sit and enjoy he view. We highly recommend the his quiet, quaint and quality place to visit.

We arrived after dark and were a bit skeptical of the place but once we met with Dan, we were glad we chose the place. Our room was neat and cozy with an excellent view of the ocean and the sound of waves splashing against the shore. Dan made us a special vegetarian breakfast both days which was excellent. He really cares about his guests and goes out of his way to make them feel special😊

This was a beautiful seaside Inn. The staff was phenomenal. The owner. Ben was extremely charming and educational made us feel extremely welcome and as if we were part of the family, the grounds are beautiful. The view of the sea is gorgeous. They prepared a delicious home-cooked breakfast that included fresh blueberry pancakes, eggs and juice all served in a beautiful dining room overlooking the water if you’re ever in the area this is the place to stay my husband and I will definitely be back and enjoy this beautiful inn.
