"The hotel is in the most perfect location , so very close to the airport. Atmosphere is calming and feels restful. My room stayed clean and fully stocked with the basic necessities such as soap, toothbrush and toothpaste, and fresh clean robes and towels. The value is reasonable considering the service, location, and ambience is excellent. Zero noise, you can have restful night or day or afternoon naps. Service is Filipino best- all staff from the security guards, receptionist, cleaners, bar waiters, everyone is giving you full best Pinoy style give your all service and greetings with hand to heart gestures. The amenities from the gym, infinity pool, bars/restos, everything feels like a dream."

Citadines Bay City Manila

Citadines Bay City Manila

8/10 Good
"I only stay at this hotel when I'm in Manila, not just because of the hotel but also because of the shopping center next door. My one issue with the hotel is a recurring one; half the time I stay here, it happens that the battery for the room's door key mechanism dies, so I'm locked out and have to wait 15-30 minutes for an engineer to replace the battery. In the last 6 stays at this hotel, it has happened three times. This last trip, I spoke with the Guest Services Manager and he promised they will review their practices. They may need to replace the batteries more often. One thing's for sure, they shouldn't wait till a guest is locked out of his room for the battery to be changed. I appreciate the management's promise to address this issue, and otherwise I am very happy staying in this hotel."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Pasay

  1. Book for the cheapest times: The most budget-friendly times to visit Pasay are in May, August, and September, when hotel prices tend to be lower. For those looking to experience the city's key landmarks, cultural sites, and historical attractions, a stay of at least 3 to 4 days is recommended. During your visit, you can enjoy affordable shopping, delightful dining options, and the vibrant university atmosphere. The friendly locals, sports events, and various entertainment venues all contribute to a great value for money experience in this lively destination.
  2. Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover cheap hotel deals in Pasay, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted rates as your travel date approaches. To stay informed about flash sales and exclusive last-minute promotions, consider enabling email alerts or push notifications. With the Smart Shopping tool available via the app, you're more likely to see comparisons of hotel prices and amenities, helping you make informed choices. This way, you'll be promptly notified of any changes in availability or pricing, allowing you to seize a last-minute getaway.
  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate due to various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates could help you find a more affordable stay in a hotel in Pasay. If you're seeking something distinctive, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. Should the price lean towards the higher end, we can suggest alternative dates that might help you discover a more favourable rate.
  4. Consider your location: Hotels near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Pasay's excellent public transport links, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel a bit further out that remains well connected. For those wishing to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often great value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
