    Happy decor

    i stayed here for mandatory quarantine. They initially placed me on a regular floor and just when i am settling down, had to move me to the quarantine floor. this is not cool after 28 hours of travel. Wifi was bad. Operator was not very professional. I was just going to order food and instead of asking “how can i help u”... the usual greeting was “do you have a concern” which sounded so negative. Room was not spotlessly clean and had a weird smell. Pillow was hard. Room had a happy mood because of the wall happy decor.

    The think I liked most was the way they tried hard to fit everyone in the Virus Scare. we needed to come a day early. We were well please my daughter wasn't able to get on her plane and they found a room for her to stay the next day. I have one thing that was disappointing that was the service in the restraunant we never did receive my sandwich until all of the people in my party were finished.

    Great stay as always.

    Amazing stay as always. I'm never in manila for long, usually hit this hotel for the first few nights I'm in manila before travelling around ph, or before I leave back to my country try. Was a bit of an extended stay this time due to covid. Had to come back to Manila early before the domestic travel ban so ended up there for ten nights lol. However this hotel always has amazing service and is a nice place to stay, close to everything. Even though it was all closed lol, not the hotels fault. But normally location is perfect. I would only mention the room seemed smaller this time around 1041 I remember having a much bigger room the last time. Great service and staff. The bellman really helped find me a ride to the airport since taxis were all shut down. My stay was comfortable and service was amazing. Thanks hotel101.
