We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful and new Kimpton Suites. The staff was wonderful, especially the bar team who served the free wine at happy hour. We were there for the grand opening party as well and they invited us, but we could not attend but we could tell the guests were having a wonderful time. The location is great with the metro just a block away where you could get anywhere in the city. If we ever come back to Hong Kong, we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in an excellent location at TST with easy access to MTR, Star Ferry and taxi. The hotel conditions/amenities/staff were great! Also, the Jija restaurant at the hotel lobby was very good! I'd certainly book this hotel again when I visit Hong Kong..

Prime location near the K11s, Avenue of stars and eateries. Hotel is beautiful, interesting choices such as the textured tiles, we enjoyed the casual bar that was accomodating to our 6 year old. We love the room layout, efficient use of space in a location where space is a premium. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay and we would be back.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in!! It was luxurious, with incredible restaurants (their breakfast was incredible), their facilities are exceptional and their staff just made everything even better. They were all so welcoming and went above and beyond!! Our son was injured, within mins a doctor had arrived! The staff were all checking in on him for the rest of our stay. If you want to be pampered, their day spa is also incredible, i felt so spoilt in there! We would travel back to Hong Kong, just for this hotel! Cant recommend it enough!!

First time staying in Kowloon for a business trip and it did not disappoint! Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui: What an experience, WOW!! 10/10 from start to finish. Amazingggg guest service, some of the best I’ve ever experienced during my many travels for work in Asia. Exceptional hotel with exceptional staff, from begging to end. I cannot thank you enough for making this trip so special and enjoyable. The pool, restaurants and amenities are a major plus. And special mention to the Spa located in the hotel. Seriously, it’s the best massage treatment I’ve had the chance of receiving. Thank you Iris! I couldn’t be more happy and pleased by the excellent service I’ve received. Thank you a million times, I cannot wait to be back in HK to stay at this hotel. It is worth every dollar! Cheers and see you sooner then later.

Staff: friendly and helpful no matter at concierge, reception and gym room. Facility: well decorated and equipped. Gym room is probably the best hotel’s gym room in town. Changing room is nicely designed and equipped with steam room, sauna room and jacuzzi. Only minor suggestion is to improve the floor coating which is a bit slippery. Room: nicely designed with extraordinary nice Victoria harbour view. Nicely equipped. Minor suggestion is to have individual control on the 3-sides curtains. A great stay and will come back. Location is a standout — directly above East TST station, making public transport a breeze. Street level is refreshingly quiet, with plenty of eateries and cafes nearby. Check-in was smooth and attentive. Staff walked me through everything in detail and even escorted me to the lift. A specialty Oolong Tea Soda was offered as a welcome drink — lovely touch, though best served chilled. The room on the 37th floor was the highlight. Opening the door to a direct Victoria Harbour view was simply breathtaking — worth every penny, even on a grey day. The open-concept layout with the separated toilet, shower, and outside bathtub is unique, but comes at the cost of privacy and warmth when the A/C is running. Bed comfort was decent; foam pillows were promptly delivered upon request. The lounge chair by the bay window is a great spot to soak in the view, though the electrical curtains are your best friend when privacy matters. Swim Bar was a mixed experience. Friendly bartender, but felt a little judged on my drink choices. Outdoor seats were fully occupied throughout, which dampened the vibe. The gym is a pleasant surprise — Hyrox-themed with sledge machines, wall balls and more. Well-equipped for functional training, though strictly free weights only — no weight machines. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

The hotel was also very family-friendly, with great facilities including a beautiful swimming pool, stylish lobby, and well-equipped gym. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
