The light in the room needs to be improved to make the room less dreary specially during winter. The dark room is depressing. Location is good, just a few minutes from Nagahoribashi station. We liked the complete amenities. It would be better if they can add a drying line inside the bathroom. The free luggage storage is also a big plus considering they have no onsite reception.

The laundry service is nearby the hotel just 6 minutes walking. Nearby the hotel, they have Lawson and 7/11 convenient stores. If you need luggage transport, you can use Yamato Transport, highly recommended for your purchase and expect.

Very close to downtown Osaka and two nearby train stations making very convenient location. We were given clear instructions on how to check-in and there’s also storage for baggage with security cameras. If I go to Osaka again I would stay here again and there’s no cleaners that come in daily only when you checkout.
