Very nice place. Beware the staircase to the roof terrace if you are heavy. Wood is starting to rot. Lot of steep stairs which is normal Venice standard outside of major hotels. Unit is on third and fourth floors, but it’s twenty foot ceilings so that is a lot of stairs!!A/C in upstairs bedroom only, but excellent cross flow ventilation through windows. We enjoyed it and would return.
