Não houve limpeza do quarto, nao houve troca de toalhas, de roupa de cama e quando pedimos houve muita demora em atender, porem, nao foi atendido. Falou que iria providenciar, mas nao providenciou nada.. equipe de funcionarios excelentes.

O Flat esta localizado na melhor praia de Muro Alto, mar maravilhoso, sem pedras, agua quente, areia branquinha. Serviço de praia, restaurante, cafe da manhã e o mercadinho dentro do Flat, tudo maravilhoso. Toda a equipe muito atenciosa.
