The butler communication and assistance was excellent. The location is handy too. Breakfast included. The villa itself is nice but if you dont like stairs or outdoor lounge re mosquitos, opt for an alternative stay. We had to move to another villa because the first one is attached to the restaurant and the bedroom and bathroom wall shook and vibrated like a jet engine from the exhaust pipe. Loud. They were very accomodating for this move.
