Staff questioned our reservation then told us we didn't have the room size we had booked. Had to call two different people to get confirmation of what I was already showing them. Then when we finally got the room there is no cooling, 3 dead cockroach in it, the bathroom smelled like rotten sewage. The beds felt more like cardboard than a mattress

Reserve este lugar "hotel" y es la peor de las experiencias que e tenido, la llave no funcionaba y tubieron que abrir la puerta con un cuchillo, me dieron solamente una toalla y era de una medida muy pequena 40 cm por 30 cm, el lugar sucio, la puerta de la regadera no funciona y al usar el bano el agua salia por abajo color negra, lo reserve por dos noches y a la manana siguiente deje el lugar, NO RESERVEN AQUI, TODO EN MUY MALAS CONDICIONES.
