I really like this place however it is not conveniently located and you will need to take a train to most places. Also the address is weird on the app and different from the actual location so it was difficult to find. The bathrooms are really nice though and the beds are comfortable. Always stocked with extra towels / toiletries etc. and there is a low price laundry option on the top floor and a smoking room in the lower common room as well.

神楽坂駅よりすぐで立地は良く、施設も綺麗で無人のチェックイン、チェックアウトも何も問題ありません。ですが、ただただ部屋が臭すぎました。ベッドメイクはきちんとしてあり、部屋自体も清潔ですが、恐らく前に滞在した方の臭いが脱臭しきれていませんでした。異臭のもとはベッドで他の空き室は無臭でしたので、今回のお部屋だけだったのだと思います。夜間でスタッフの方が不在でしたのでどこにも連絡できずに寝起きしましたが、施設には問題がないだけに残念でした。

Die Unterkunft ist kein Hotel, sondern eine Absteige. Die Rezeption ist ständig unbesetzt. Die Nötigung zum Self-Check-In mit digitaler Passkopie in eine Cloud ist unzulässig und gesetzwidrig, weil eine Kopie mit einem Kopierer und die Bemerkung Kopie auf dem Pass (per Hand) vollkommen den jap. Gesetzen entspricht. Das Personal ist unqualifiziert und kennt die einheimischen Gesetze nicht. Unter Umständen, wenn die nach 2h Wartezeit usw. nicht einlenken, steht man nachts auf der Straße. Die Zimmer sind mies und überteuert (68 EUR für ein Zimmer mit Doppelstockbett).

初女性専用フロア以外、つまり共用に泊まった。どんなものかと緊張したがカメラもあって、IDも登録しているので大丈夫かと安心して休めた。実はそのID登録には免許証まで登録するのかと抵抗があった。個人情報管理は万全であることをお願いしたい。
