This place is by far one of the best stays I've ever had. Staff was very friendly and attentive, from check-in to check-out. Dinner options were so good, traditional and cultural options, and most importantly, reasonably priced. Also, the gym was great.

By far the best hotel in the area, they have a shuttle service that takes you to Chichen-Itzá and the Cenotes, there’s restaurants in the little town, but do your self a favor and eat in the hotel restaurant! The prices are reasonable and the food is excellent, yes don’t eat at the pyramid restaurants because they are overpriced and the food isn’t good, the rooms are great, there is a little cat around the property her name is Micha and she is very friendly, just like the staff

Beautiful newly built hotel 10 minutes drive from Chichen Itza. The design and decor of the whole place was beautiful, especially the attrium and the rooms themselves. Large pool area set against Maya jungle. The hotel felt like it still wasnt quite finished (some construction work going on whilst there which did cause some noise pollution). Staff were brilliant and very attentive. Stand out was actually the on site restaurant that was both reasonably priced and really good quality (Maya Octopus was brilliant). Currently a hidden gem and I hope more people visit.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are large, very well appointed, immaculately clean. The pool is amazing. The grounds are spotless. The parking lot is guarded. The restaurant is great. But best of all, every single staff member is totally service oriented. I rode up on my adventure motorcycle and was a little out of place, but they absolutely made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel for motorcycle travelers. This is one of the top 4 hotels i have ever stayed at. I will be back. I would not consider staying anywhere else in the area.

Wow this place was more than we expected. Booked for an overnight quick stop from Merida. It’s brand new (7 months), a very grand scale full resort, and felt like a 5 star. Very clean, beautiful lush greenery, excellent service. Everyone working there was very courteous and greeted us warmly. Minutes to chitchen itza. Highly recommended.

An amazing experience. This hotels has superb customer service, in a great location. As of this post, the roads of the museum are still under construction, and can be a bit challenging to get to it but it is completely worth it once you arrive in site. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning new resort, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The resort itself is beautifully designed with modern touches and a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the pool area—spacious, clean, and perfect for lounging under the sun. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful escape or a place to unwind with family or friends, this resort hits all the right notes. Looking forward to returning soon

8/10 Very good

Beautiful Hotel yet not a 5 Star. With a 3 night four day stay, we had no running water the first night and no hot water the second night. There was no electricity the second day from 8am-4pm. Something that all the town experienced which the hotel had no control of but perhaps they could look into purchasing generators because it was so hot in the restaurant. Luckily we were out at Chichen Itza the rest of the day so the power outage was not an inconvenience. Rooms are so comfortable and clean. Beside not having hot water for two nights, the quiet surrounding is what I imagined and this hotel delivered. The decor was in sync with the atmosphere throughout the hotel from its entrance from the front gate to the back where you find a pool surrounded with Lucious green trees and plants all around. Every employee welcomed my family with gracious humbleness from beginning to end. They shuttle you from the parking lot to the front of the hotel and my son loved it (Jurassic Park!) We took the shuttle to Chichen Itza which was not expensive, very comfortable and a guarantee to front of the park drop-off and pick-up which was about ten to 15 minutes from the hotel and pyramid. The gym had many new machines and a few dumbbells but very clean and cool inside just a bit compact to move around. The decor flowed into the restaurant with simplicity and beauty. We ordered cafe de olla which was smooth, and sweet but found a hair in my huevos rancheros. Never went back.
Eva, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

This is an hotel that belongs to SENEDA (Secretary of National Defense Mexico). Despite the hotel and room being of a high standard of luxury and comfort, I would like to explain why I do not believe this hotel merits a favourable review. Should you be travelling by car, please note that the route to the hotel is currently unsuitable for vehicles due to ongoing construction. Due to the poor condition of the road, the hotel is not accessible by night. The personal is kind but not trained to deal with some situations. They were not willing to make an effort to make a minor adjustment to the reservation. For an hotel of this cost, the issue is not acceptable. Furthermore, despite the hotel being almost empty, we were allocated a room with a substandard view. Following a request for a better view, the room was changed. I would advise against booking this hotel until the road and infrastructure surrounding it have been completed. The cost of this product is prohibitive given the level of service it provides.
Claudia, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

My family and I had an amazing experience at this hotel near Chichén Itzá. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and respectful. We were especially grateful for how much we learned about the rich Mayan culture—everyone we spoke to was happy to share stories and insights. The location is fantastic, just a short drive from the Chichén Itzá pyramids and the nearby Mayan museum. Although we had our own car, the hotel informed us they offer transportation to the archaeological site for $100 MXN per person, as well as complimentary transport to the train station—great options for those not driving. The amenities were clean and well-maintained. The pool is large, with plenty of areas to relax and sunbathe. Everyone in our group got a massage, and we all loved the experience—very relaxing and professional. The on-site restaurant was a highlight. The food was absolutely delicious, and the Mayan cuisine they served was both authentic and full of flavor. We truly enjoyed every meal. The only minor downside, which is temporary, is that the surrounding area is still being developed. Road signs are currently missing, so it can feel a bit confusing when driving in. However, the hotel staff assured us that improvements are on the way. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended if you're planning a trip to Chichén Itzá!

Luxury experience at a very affordable price. Excellent location, staff, food, massage, amenities, everything. No complaints only praise. Took hotel shuttle to/from train, Chichen Itza (go early) and local cenotes. Highly recommend!!
