The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good, the food and the cleanliness was great. The area where the hotel is located is excellent, near shopping and lots of restaurants. You can park your car across the hotel and walk everywhere. The only negative I have is that it needs some upbringing, new carpets and the bathroom needs some updating also but it was very clean.

Rooms need a refresh stained carpets. Very clean just dusted and overdue. The breakfast buffet is excellent hard-boiled eggs will be your only protein choice., cheeses and meats excellent fruit selection excellent coffee.

Very nice stay. Only one negative.

Great breakfast on patio on rooftop overlooking the city; lots of food to choose from, and all of it delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have parking in the garage, as the market (huge, with a diverse selection of goods) happened during my second day, and there was no parking anywhere else! The location is fantastic — lots of great shopping and eating nearby. A/C was mediocre, but the windows opened and the temperature and breeze were nice. Great bathroom, comfortable bed, large closet. The only real reason I didn’t give the hotel 5 stars was that the WiFi was so poor and I was so dependent on it: I was in what the front desk person said was the best place for WiFi reception, but it kept cutting out on me, and I missed a very important Zoom call because of it.

Room looks old and jaded. Staff was mechanical and not keen to engage. Perhaps it was a busy day due to the festival and the staff were tired. Breakfast was simple. Would only recommend a 1 night stay if u are passing thru on the Camino trail.

The beds were harder than bricks. I love a hard bed but this was ridicoulus. The room was ok. I was kind of late to breakfast but still 45 min to go and it was hardly anything left. I don't eat much for breakfast but if you do... go earlier.

Offered to provide but nothing came. I was on the famous Camino and been walking all day and needed a good shower. Overall disappointed

Il est cependant dans son jus tout est vieux la moquette tachée les meubles et les fauteuils sont vieux et taché salle de bain à l ancienne avec baignoire..qui ne doit jamais servir..pas pratique de se doucher pour les anciens. Il est grand temps de rénover cet hôtel. Concernant le petit déjeuner mieux vaut arriver tôt c est dire vers 8 heures car vers 9 h 15 ça commence à etre vide et on ne réapprovisionne pas.. j ai râle mais on m’a répondu qu il n y avait rien de plus
