Our host Max was very informative and warm. He was so helpful with tips and directions and secured taxis for us numerous times. The property is located between two eating establishments, one is Cafe Napoli where we had breakfast every morning and the other is Nona Tittina where we had wonderful dinners. The view from the waterfront rooms is beautiful, with Vesuvius in the near distance.

It’s a great place. Especially convenient for the marina (less convenient for longer stays in Napoli unless you walk a lot it’s a bit of a distance from the historic centre). No breakfast but there’s a cafe and restaurant on the ground floor with great food. The best part are the staff!

Gram Suites was the perfect place for our visit to Naples. The location made it easy to get around the city, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really stood out was the service. Max went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We happened to be there during a taxi strike, and he helped us find a last minute solution to get to Molo Beverello and make our ferry to Positano for the day. You don't typically go to a hotel and find such a kind, responsive, and genuinely care from the hotel staff. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Naples with excellent service and a central location, I would highly recommend Gram Suites. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location by the water and a few restaurants below. A little tricky to find. The host was good - although our room wasn't ready at check in and I really had to pee so I asked if thete was a bathroom I could use, and I think because of this the host rushed us into a different room than the one we booked so we didn't get the sea view that we booked. Also the hot water was awful. It lasted maybe 8 good minutes then ran out. One of the water bottles in the mini fridge was empty when we got there but the host didn't make us pay for that thankfully. Other than that, the bed was super comfy and it was decently quiet. Good air conditioning

My wife and I stayed at Gram Suites for our honeymoon. The host was incredibly welcoming and kind, and the view from the junior suite room was absolutely stunning. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and the helpful local recommendations. That said, the cleanliness of the room—particularly the bathroom—was disappointing. The shower didn’t drain properly, so we had to rinse, turn off the water to avoid flooding, soap up, and then turn it back on. There was also hair left behind from previous guests on the bathroom tiles, towels, and even the pillows, which made the space feel less clean than expected. We truly enjoyed our time in Naples and are grateful for the hospitality.
