I have an accident in the bathroom the bathroom glass door broke and fell on Me and I have to take 17 stitches at my feet I have to pay for the doctor or did the stages and all the hostel expenses and the hotel refuse to pay anything It is the Hotel responsibility but they were very rude and they refused to cover any expenses. I don’t recommend this hotel for any person.

Hôtel très bien en général. Problème à notre arrivée, la chambre n'était pas prête. Mais on nous a fait patienter dans un restaurant pas loin ou on nous a offert 1 boisson. La vue de la chambre sur les pyramides est incroyable et le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Petit déjeuner léger et bon mais pas de plat typique égyptien. Nous y avons passé 3 nuits et sommes ravis de notre séjour la bas. Endroit stratégique en face du guichet des pyramides.
