" We enjoyed our stay in Baobab resort hotel. The room were very clean and the staff were very courteous. Its family friendly as your have appartement options. We just wished it was a beach front hotel as stated on the pictures. We will nevertheless recommend it "

"The customer service was great although the staff at the buffet dining restaurant can do better to check on needs of the guests promptly. We had to always wave them down. The rooms were always kept clean and have all the you need for the trip. The A team which is responsible for entertainment was the absolute highlight of the trip. The New Years celebrations was epic. By far the best hotel in Mombasa. I have been to 3 others. If you have kids, this is the go to place. Shout out to Ephantus the restaurant manager and Bedan the reservations manager."
