Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities (gym, spa, sauna, pool) were a fantastic bonus. Room was comfortable, warm and clean. Had most things we needed for a two day stay. Perfect for two adults for short term stay. Definitely would recommend and will return when next in Albany.
