Great location and clean. Close to hospital. Fully self contained. Nice views of sky tower and harbour bridge. Expensive parking and tricky access. Safety lights not working and driveway dangerous when wet after rain. TV didn’t work in bedroom. Very limited channels available on tv in living room. Slow WiFi. In-house Hotel Gym was advertised but in reality is in another street. Paid for breakfast while booking only to be told the breakfast room was closed. Was reimbursed for this though.

It almost seemed the property was being used for emergency housing, as we entered guest's were throwing alcohol cans from an upper level onto the road where we were standing, there was a sock over the smoke alarm in the main bedroom which suggested the previous guest's had been vaping in the rooms & the cleaner had missed the sock. the refrigerator wasn't turned on on our arrival so the freezer was full of water a little rusty and smelly, quite a small space for a family of four, wifi was average & we heard people partying all night got woken up at 2am by yelling & yahooing. positives it was nice & warm, the bed & pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was fairly clean. The indian man on reception was very helpful & assisted us with last minute parking.

The rooms were very clean and a great size. Be sure to select a non party floor however as there seemed to be a large number of people there to party for the weekend and noise didn’t die down until 11pm. This was ok with us having teenagers ourselves but with toddlers it would be a pain.
